GOT GOALS! Inc. empowers youth and families through wellness, mental-health support, education, creative arts, and leadership development.
We serve K–12 students and parents through high-energy Power Assemblies, parent wellness retreats, financial literacy, STEM enrichment, mental health tools, and programs that build confidence, identity, and lifelong resilience.

At GOT GOALS! Inc., we don’t just mentor—we ignite purpose and fuel dreams. Our youth mentoring program is rooted in affirmation, identity, and access. Every session uplifts students with daily positive affirmations, builds esTEAM through social-emotional learning and creative collaboration, and introduces the real-life steps to college readiness and career discovery.
We don’t talk at students—we walk with them. Our mentors help young people:

Audra “Golddie” Williams Edwards
Founder, Executive Director & Board President | Champion of Vision & Strategy
Golddie is the visionary Founder and Executive Director of GOT GOALS! Inc., and CEO of AGW Consulting Group, a minority, disabled, and woman-owned business committed to leadership empowerment and workplace equity.
She holds a Diversity & Inclusion Credential from Cornell University, a Harvard Leadership Development Certification, and a BA in Ethnic Studies from CSU East Bay. She is currently earning her MBA at UC Davis (Class of 2027).
A respected community leader, Golddie has served on multiple boards and has been honored with awards including a Congressional Recognition and the Outstanding Leadership Award from Supervisor John Gioia.
She leads GOT GOALS! with a deep belief that every child and every parent deserves a champion.
Marie King, MS
Treasurer & Finance Champion
Marie is a seasoned Strategic Operations Leader and Executive Consultant with more than 20 years of experience across healthcare and technology. She specializes in enterprise strategy, operational governance, budgeting, and organizational transformation.
She holds an MS in Management & Leadership, a BA in Organizational Management, and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management.
Marie has also served on multiple nonprofit boards supporting mental health access and youth advocacy.
She brings structure, financial clarity, and mission-driven accountability to GOT GOALS!.
Isaac Jones III
Chairman of the Board | Champion of Academics & College Readiness
Isaac is a rising thought leader in workplace equity and youth empowerment. He holds four associate degrees and is currently attending San Francisco State University (Class of 2027) to complete his BA and prepare for graduate studies.
He previously worked with State Superintendent Tony Thurmond on statewide education equity initiatives.
A Bay Area native and gifted mentor, Isaac leads GOT GOALS!’ academic success programming and supports teens navigating college pathways.
Azriel “Auzzie” Jones
Vice President | Legal & Policy Champion
Auzzie is a dynamic equity advocate with a strong background in student leadership and policy influence. She holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State and is now in the Master’s Program at Sacramento State (Class of 2027) while also working at a law firm in preparation for law school.
Her leadership as President of the BSU elevated campus belonging and advocacy for Black students. A proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., she leads GOT GOALS!’ policy, legal readiness, and youth advocacy strategies.
Ne-Jhey Thompson
Secretary | Operations & Executive Support Champion
Ne-Jhey has 8 years of nonprofit housing/property operations experience and 4 years in tech project management. A proud Year Up Bay Area alum, she is passionate about serving marginalized communities and ensuring families receive stable, dignified support.
She supports GOT GOALS! with organization, structure, and compassion, serving as the Executive Assistant to the Founder & Executive Director.

Linda is a committed advocate for educational equity, youth empowerment, and community wellness, offering experienced support to the Board and programs.

Rose H. Ashford, MA, MS, MBA (Doctoral Candidate)
Mental Health Champion | Wellness Lead
Rose blends business strategy, counseling training, and culturally grounded community work. She serves as Treasurer & Community Liaison for the Bay Area Chapter of the Association of Black Psychologists (BAABPsi) and is a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., Golden Key Honour Society, Chi Sigma Iota, and GatherVerse Africa.
Rose leads GOT GOALS!’ mental wellness initiatives, ensuring youth and families have access to culturally affirming emotional support.
Alaya Gulley
Parent Academy Champion
Alaya is passionate about accessible mental health resources and culturally informed family support. She leads the Parent Academy with empathy, structure, and a commitment to helping parents reclaim their inner child and family wellness.
Ade Williams
Creative Arts Champion | Music, Dance, Poetry & Assemblies
Ade cultivates creative expression through songwriting, poetry, dance, and movement. She helps lead GOT GOALS!’ assemblies and arts programs, providing youth with a safe space to express themselves and build confidence.

Youth Engagement Champions | Cheer, Movement & Assemblies
The Love Love Twins, featured on The Jennifer Hudson Show, bring high energy and creativity to GOT GOALS!. They lead cheer camps, assemblies, movement workshops, and youth empowerment experiences.

Our retreats are designed specifically for parents, offering rest, reflection, and resources in a safe, supportive environment. We believe that when parents are emotionally, mentally, and spiritually whole, their children thrive too.
